You need to create an account on this site if you: 

               Want to upload photos to participate in the contest.
               Want to upload photos just to show them. 
               Want to vote in the contest. 
               Want to be a staff judge. 

On this site a member is a visitor who has a registered account on this site. Only 1 account is allowed per person. Members can upload images of up to four properties. Properties can be self owned or owned by somebody else.Members can vote in the contest but cannot vote for the properties under their own account. Only one vote per property is allowed by each member.
Members must own all rights and copyrights for the Images they upload and automatically will transfer to MyXmasHouse.com the right to display the image in an as-is form and in an unprotected format on this website.
If a property displays part of other peoples property, member who submits the image must get permision (if applicable) of the other parties for displaying of the image.

Members must release MyXmasHouse.com and it employees from any liability in regards to use, copy and redistribution of the images by them or third parties and other visitors of the web site.

This document can and will be modified at any time without advice. Any other legal release of liability freeing the website, owners, employees and providers will be applicable even if it is not specified here.

GRANT OF SERVICE

MyXmasHouse administration reserves it right to refuse service to anyone, to remove any images and text at any time and without advice. Only images of houses and it surrounding property are allowed to remain on the site for the purpose of display.
